For this year, the cutoff has not been declared yet as the counseling will start in October and the cutoff is decided only after the counseling starts.
Eligibility Criteria: 10+2 with 50% marks in PCM from a recognized board.

In the question you have mentioned about SC/ST category. So I will stick to them only. Generally the cut offs for these categories are low as compared to the General category.
Normally COEP and VJTI have close cut offs and both the colleges are good.
Below I have mentioned some of the predicted cutoffs for COEP.
Computer: SC:160-165, ST:150-155
Electronics: SC:160-165, ST:150-155
Mechanical: SC:170-180, ST:165-175
