Yes, by a 90 percentile, you can easily get some of the colleges like COEP and NIT-Nagpur, but you can not get the core branches easily. It will depend on the cut-off rank more. As per if you are interested in VIT you can give separate examination for VIT.

Some seats are reserved for All India Students and some seats are reserved for international students. You will have to come via the admissions portal DTE of Engineering of Maharashtra.
