For admission in B.Tech programmes, you need to appear for VITEEE where rank should be less than 1, 00,000 + minimum 60% in 12th. For other UG courses you can get with your 12th score as VITEEE exam is not required and the minimum eligibility is also 60% for other UG course and might differ for some UG course. The fee structure varies for each branch and each category. For BTech CSE in category 1, the fee is Rs 1.64 Lakh. This increases as the category increases and goes up to 5 Lakhs per annum. And coming to B.Tech and M.Tech separately, you have to appear for VITEEE for admission in B.Tech based on your rank your fee would differ and even the same with M.Tech.
