For M.E/M.Tech -Merit based on GATE/ TANCET/ Vels Entrance Examination and percentage of mark secured in the qualifying examination.For B.E/B.Tech - Merit based on Vels Entrance Examination and merit based on percentage of marks secured in the qualifying examination.For B.Tech Marine Engineering - Merit based on percentage of marks secured in the qualifying in IMUCET examination together with 10+2 marks.For Management Course - Merit based on percentage of marks secured in the qualifying examination.For MBA - The varsity accepts CAT, MAT and XAT scores for M.B.A. admissions. Candidates can also appear for the VEE.For LLM course -Admission based on past academic record and VEE score of candidates.For Other Courses- Merit based on the percentage of marks secured in the qualifying examination.
