Now coming to Venkateshwara Open University, it is approved by UGC and it also active member of Association of Indian Universities. As it is an open university, it is meant to offer distance education.

Hi, Both are good options, but if you are asking about NMIMS and Venkateshwara Open University distance learning mode then I would like to tell you that NMIMS doen't have MBA in distance learning mode, whereas, Venkateshwara Open University don't have updated UGC approval so it's better to go with other universities.
