With a TS EAMCET rank of 19,000 in the SC category and an NCC certificate, you may have a chance of securing a seat in Veterinary Science, although it depends on various factors. The SC category generally has a lower cutoff, which could improve your chances. However, competition for popular courses like Veterinary Science can still be tough, especially in government colleges. You might have a better chance in private colleges or through the management quota. The NCC certificate could provide additional advantages in some cases, as certain institutions may give weight to extracurricular achievements. From the perspective of the J&K Board, if you qualify the other eligibility requirements, you may apply for admission in TANUVAS (Tamil Nadu Veterinary and Animal Sciences University). BVSc will be primarily offered to students from Tamil Nadu; however, candidates from outside Tamil Nadu may be provided opportunities to apply in case of the availability of seats after local admissions. Each candidate should qualify the TANUVAS entrance exam, and the candidates will be admitted based on a merit list. Please verify the nativity and academic qualifications on their official admission portal.

It's unlikely that you'll be able to get a seat in a government veterinary college with 200 marks in NEET, even if you belong to the NTC category. The NEET cutoff for veterinary in 2024 is expected to be between 722 and 135 marks for general category students. For reserved categories like SC, ST, and OBC, it will be between 138 to 135 marks out of 720. The Veterinary Council of India (VCI) uses the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) merit list to fill seats in recognised veterinary colleges under the 15% All India Quota. Cutoff marks for B.V. Sc. & AH in different colleges can vary. For example, the cutoff for Coll
