Hi Dilip,
If you wish to work in the field of Film editing and Animation, You can look for BDes/MDes in Animation Film Design(AFD) course at National Institute of Design(NID), Ahmedabad. NID is India's premier design Institute. It has given birth to many Independent Animation studios in India, these studios do all work which is required to make an animation film. You can go for BSC in animation and VFX but just a query why do you want to pursue a degree course as what matters at the end will be your showreel.

Hi
You hvnt mentioned your qualification so the three best best colleges in germany are here.
1.Academy of media arts, Cologne
2.Games academy, Berlin
3. Bablesberg film school.
The fee, eligibility and admission process is given on their website. While bachelor's in Germany is almost free in public universities, private schools do charge.
Hope this helps.

Dear Krishna,
Famously known as Manga, most universities have a separate Faculty of Manga for animation courses. Kyoto Seika University's Graduate School of Manga is a top one. Please refer to this page for details you are looking for http://www.kyoto-seika.ac.jp/eng/edu/graduate/manga/
Also check The Tokyo National University of Fine Arts and Music ad Tokyo School of Anime. Most information are in Japanese so you got to know the language. Hope this helped.
