Hi Mahima,
1. NID and
2. IIT-IDC are two Government Institutes.
The competition to get in would be tremendous. There are several good Private Institutes like:
1. Arena and
2. MAAC as well.
You could do well to create a list of places you may want to learn at, whether they are in your city or not. Then go to their websites and research about them, and even call them and talk to them. Try their website for more details.

Dear mahima,
Hi,
you can join the course after your job timing but you need to keep following things in your mind:
1) time management
2) work management
3) work pressure management
4) practice of course
also see what timing will be suitable for you, how much and how you will give time to your vfx course.
most important thing that it should not affect your current job.
also it should not disturb your personal life.

No, you need not to be from science stream to pursue a course in VFX.
You can pursue a certification course in VFX even after completing your class 10th.
