Rajat, job security happen when you take some insecure education like a Degree. When you are directly acquiring skills that are required by the market where does the question of job security come up? Unless of course one is asking whether someone would continue to employ you if you have the skills, surely they would. In fact skills are something that can't be overlooked, where as administrative jobs roles are always replaceable, and not only by people but also by software. What is your job security when the software becomes your manager and clerk. So then only skilled people would be left - that the world we are today. So go get the right skill from a genuine institute. Do not concentrate too much on salary. After experience the salary can be anything literally (of course with some alignment with your experience). too much thought on salary would defocus you. and any numbers i give here would stick to your mind and comparison with those throughout your life would be inevitable. it is best to know that you'd earn somewhat proportionate to your talent and risk taking ability. Instead of only looking at VFx look for complete AVGC industry initially, so that you have the option to pick up the industry. Recruiters like Animation Studios, Production Houses, TV Advertising Companies, Architectural Visualization Companies, Movie Makers(Animation & Bollywood),TV Channels, E-learning Companies, Internet Companies, Mobile & Console Gaming Cos, Medical-Legal-Insurance Cos regularly employ animation professionals for their various needs.
Typically in VFx Industry Co's like Prime Foucs, Delux, MPC, etc are using application softwares likes Aftereffects, Combustion, Nuke, Mocha, Boujue,Fusion etc. Ensure to cover all these tools in specialization alongwith Graphics, Audio-Video, 2d and 3d animation techniques.
You could create a list of best training academy by doing R&D and decided based on your own parameters like Faculty, Placements, infrstructure, Estabilishment year of institute, facilities etc.

Mayank, if you have the funds you can look at the option of studying abroad at schools like VFS, Vanarts, or go for a degree course. studying abroad in Animation and VFX is great but you would need to understand their structure and how it works. If you want advice on that I can guide you and put you across to the best schools.You can call me and discuss if you like. However, these schools look for a good portfolio in drawing the most, and some areas can make do with a digital portfolio if good. You would need someone to take you through this since if the portfolio is rejected you would spend another year remaking it.
