Not at all. Doing Bachelor degree is not necessary because you already have technical degree and to learn VFX you can pursue diploma or master degree from some good institute like-NID, CEED, DSK, SYMBIOSIS, or MAAC. 1-2 year course is enough to learn VFX and rest lies on your hard work and creativity.

Arena was once considered as a good institute for pursuing animation courses. But with time it has lost its reputation and animation skills, the faculty is also not well versed in the subjects.
Rather I would suggest you to go for MAAC as it offers good fundamental knowledge to the students and even secures some real time projects from filmmakers and let their students work on some of the projects.
