You are already in third year engineering of CS. What specialisations you are talking about are equivalent to certificate courses that you can do anytime after completing graduation. PG in CS is pretty serious stuff and I feel you should do it for better career prospects.

You can opt for a comprehensive program which will cover all the important segments of film-making with following stages.
Stage1: Pre-production
Here you will learn about story development, character designing, background or set designing, cinematography, script and screen play and story board. In short, this is a planning stage.
Stage 2: Production
