IITs don't take GMAT score for MBA. Only CAT score is required for MBA program.

You have a fair chance of getting a call for the WAT/PI process of VGSoM on basis of the 2017-19 selection criteria. If you have some work experience, it will improve your chances further.
Final selection into the program depends on you scores in WAT/PI coupled with your Application Rating (AR) scores.

Only engineering graduates are eligible for MBA in IITs and that is of 4 years.

Yes, you are eligible for MBA but not in IITs as IITs only take students who did their graduation in B.Tech or BE. Apart from that, there are various private colleges who don't consider academics during final selection.

The Vinod Gupta school of Management, IIT Kharagpur (VGSoM), also known as VGSoM, is a public business school located in Kharagpur, West Bengal, India. It was the first B-School to be established in an Indian Institute of Technology (IIT). VGSoM is a business school within a renowned technical institute IIT Kharagpur on pattern of MIT USA. The institute offers a two-year full-time residential MBA and a 3 years post graduate MBA degree EMBA course for working executives, an advanced programme in management leading to the award of a PhD degree. Admission in MBA is based on CAT score.

Eligibility criteria for MBA at IIT Kharagpur is as follows: Candidates seeking admission to MBA program of the Institute should have bachelors degree in Engineering/ Technology or Masters degree in science, economics or commerce (with mathematics or statistics at bachelors level). B.Com degree holders are not eligible for seeking admission in MBA at IIT Kharagpur.
