VGSOM is generally better than IIM Rohtak in some situations. VGSOM was established in 1993, while IIM Rohtak was established in 2011. VGSOM has a smaller batch size than IIM Rohtak, with 97 students in 2022 compared to IIM Rohtak's 240+ students.   Being an IIT, there is a lot more exposure to campus life and Corporate life. VGSoM is ranked 5th in the NIRF ranking for its management program, while IIM Rohtak is ranked 21st. IIM focuses on teaching through case studies, while IIT MBAs focus on placements in Operations/IT/Analytics.
