You can, depending on your academic percentile. About the PTE score, you have to check with the universities, every university has different score requirement. If you have a good academic profile, they can even give you a bridge course in English.

These are some of the most competitive universities in Australia. The number of backlogs and the overall CGPA is not too impressive but he can stand a chance with very good SOP, projects, internships and of course LORs.

Melbourne Business School is the top most university. 59% is not a great score, but you can try applying. An IELTS score of 6.5 or higher is recommended. Another good university is RMIT.
