It is usually the other way round, you should first know and decide what to study and then see where to study based on admission requirements, budget, etc. The best option depends on from person to person, a particular course which may be good for me but may not be the best for you. So you should know what is your interest, aptitude, career plans and decide accordingly. You may study computer science, networking, animation, management and business studies, etc. depending on what you like.

I don't understand how an university will give you a PR. You should check the Skilled Occupation List and get to know about the professions in demand, remember you have to first get a job. Talking about universities, it is always good to enrol into a top ranked university having strong industry network, however, getting a job will only depend on your own talents and academic performance. University of Melbourne is one of the best.

Your grades are alright. You have to gain some work experience of 2 to 3 years to be eligible for the Melbourne MBA. You must also take the GMAT. Since your scores are not too high you should work hard on your GMAT and bring around 700 plus to be considered.

Yes, chances are pretty good. You must also take the IELTS, an overall score of 6 with no section less than 5.5 is required. Visit the university websites for more details about admission deadlines and entry requirements. Make sure to apply on time.

In my view, you may target group of 8 universities to pursue the same. Each university has its own set of modules so you may have to research on the available modules and accordingly, decide which course suits your future career ambitions. You may target Monash, UNSW and RMIT in my view. Let me know in case you wish to apply to these universities and I will explain the steps.
