Yes, UVic accepts international students. It hosts over 4,000 international students. For graduate admissions, UVic welcome students from all over the world. Currently, international students make up more than a fifth of the graduate student population at UVic. To take admission to the University of Victoria, students are required to meet the minimum requirements, academic requirements as per their chosen course and English language requirements. The English language proficiency tests that are accepted are IELTS / TOEFL / CAEL, etc.

According to unofficial sources, the University of Victoria acceptance rate is around 63%. So, with this acceptance rate, if you have a decent overall profile, then there are chances of getting admitted to the University of Victoria.
