There are theory and practical exams held at Vidyasagar University. To clear the Vidyasagar University semester exams, students must pass in both practical as well as theory exams. If a student fails in any one of the subjects, he/she will surely have to reappear for the exam. Students will have to score minimum of 40% marks in aggregate to pass the Vidyasagar University semester exams. The passing marks change every year so keep visiting the official website for updated information.

Candidates willing to get admission to various courses must apply online on the official website. If a student gets admission, he/she must attend a minimum of 75% of the total classes held in all the semesters so as to become eligible to fill out the examination form. Hence, having a minimum attendance is compulsory at Vidyasagar University. Attend the classes on regular basis to not miss the chance of appearing for the semester exams.
