It all depends on your mindset. If you want to have your school life back and all those stuff, then pack your bags for Vignan. Though it may be blacklisted by UGC previously, but now it is the 88th private university. And that ranking is given by MHRD. If you want an around experience with a decent score then you can choose for Vignan. And, it is up to you to make your choices and decisions.

Hello Rohit,
Seats fall vacant for subsequent rounds of counselling, only when students are willing to give up seats obtained in previous rounds. I really doubt, if anyone with CS will like to give up. Hence, I am afraid your chances are minimal.
