Of course, you can. It's completely your choice to choose the specialization. VJIM offers dual specialisations.

It depends on your priorities. The course curriculum is great in VJIM. The infrastructure facilities are among the best. The average placement package is around 4.3 LPA.

The course curriculum and the faculty members are good. When it comes to placements it is very low compared to marketing and finance. So it depends on your priority. If learning and getting industry ready is the priority. Then yes VJIM stands well. If placements from college are your priority, the college will provide the maximum support. But you will have to be open to all HR profiles.

9 AM-5 PM is the usual timing which might be altered with respect to the trimester and subjects involved. Classes are there for 6 days a week except for the first Saturday which is a holiday.

VJIM has the second best placements in finance after marketing. Good faculty members and guest faculties who are industry experts are the added benefits. The companies that came for finance profiles are Deloitte, Fitch ratings, Care ratings, S &P Global, Shriram Finance, Mahindra Finance, Religare, etc.

I have no idea about EMPI. It's better to consult a student from EMPI regarding its information. But if you are considering Human Resource Management I would suggest you to go for B-schools which focusses more on HRM. VJIM do have placements in HR specializations but relatively very low compared to Marketing and Finance.

VJIM always provides its students with quality education. Students who have more than 60% aggregate percentile will definitely get placement.
