VIPS is more reputed for B.J. M. C. than Maharaja Agrasen. Plus, I am studying in VIPS so I know how well the college is. The placements through the years have been really good and the exposure that the students are given in the college time is fantastic.

I would like to know what is your category in order to tell you if you can get admission in VIPS as the admission procedure is regulated by rank system and different categories have different ranks in each college.

You can try for Management Quota.
But, I guess that is also reserved for people who have at least given CET, but not got the desired rank.
It would be better, if you could talk to the College Authorities yourself and settle the issue.

The shift does not depend on your rank, it depends on the semester you are in as the shift is changing every year now. Yes you can get VIPS at this amazing rank.
