A GRE score of 310 and above usually is recommended but class profiles comprises of students with varying education background. You seem to have a decent profile. Give the TOEFL and aim the CGPA of 8 to 9 as you mentioned. Try to engage in more activities like project work, a very good internship or final year project should help.
