Delhi doesn't have any great colleges for dual integrated course. Go for IIM-Indore as it has dual degree BBA + MBA programme with an average salary of 12-14 LPA and 100% placements.

IPU reserves 5% seats for defence personnel to get admission in various courses.
IPU-CET qualified candidates can avail the reservation in the following order of priority (defence quota):
- Widows/Wards of defence personnel killed in action.
- Wards of serving personnel and ex-servicemen disabled in action.
- Widows/wards of Defence personnel who died with death attributable to military service.
- Wards of Defence Personnel physically disabled in peace-time with the physical disability with not less than 40%is attributable to military service as per the guidelines.

Yes, NIOS board students are eligible for B.Arch program, but you should have eligible percentage and valid NATA score for admission process.

If you are really interested in pursuing MBA, first of all, you have to crack management entrance exams with such percentile so that you are eligible for top B-Schools. As you are eligible for education loan with repayment potential (as top B-Schools give a job guarantee) you can go for the education loan. Go ahead.
