COEP and VIT are both top colleges in Maharashtra, but COEP is the winner. COEP ranks 24th in MHRD rankings, outperforming VIT in terms of recruiters. COEP has a higher placement rate for CSE and an average salary of 7-8 LPA for the CSE department. It is also better in academics and extracurricular activities. However, COEP is not well-known across India, unlike VIT. Therefore, it is advisable to choose COEP over VIT.

VIT Pune is a more reputed college irrespective of its courses. Placements are good with an average package of 4-7 LPA and the highest package is around 26.4LPA. VIIT Pune is also an autonomous college where it has collaborated with VIT to conduct its placements. Hence students in both the colleges will get equal opportunity to go through the recruitment process.

I do not have access to the current fee structure of VIIT Kondhwa for B.Tech Computer Engineering for NRI/CIWGC candidates. It's best to directly contact the admission department of the college for the latest information on the fee structure and admission process for NRI/CIWGC candidates. You can find the contact details of the admission department on the college's official website.

As a current student of Cummins College, I think the college is quite good. With the newly established academic autonomy, I agree, they are experimenting different methods on us, because of which, we also do not always get the best grades; but guess what. We get to learn a lot of new stuff We do not really have fixed textbooks and not everything in the tests is out of a particular book. We have to find books and answers, compile our notes and then write the paper. In this process, we end up learning a lot of new and interesting stuff I don't like every subject that I study, but because of the continuous assessment pattern and encourage
