Advertising department has a demand of a graphic designer if you are fascinated towards film industry you could be appointed as a person under arts department. If you have an experience of 9 years, I am assuming you must be in your late 20s. I am not sure whether this institute welcomes students of all age. You will need to contact the college directly for that information. Otherwise, the admission is based on your score in UID Design aptitude test.

Distance Mode Master's Degree in Mass Communication is offered across India by many universities. Private and government, both have their offerings. I shall not be able to share much about Visual Communication, but Mass Communication is available through IGNOU in Annamlai, from Kurukshetra University to Amity University Distance Mode. Choose where you want to join. There shall be Short Term/ a Month/ Classes for Distance Mode as well. So, choose accordingly.

Visual communication is a creative career option. It has 3 entry points - Bachelors, Diploma, certificate course. If you want to do immediately after 10th, then Diploma course is better. Otherwise, complete your 10+2 and then do a Bachelors in visual communication like a B.Sc. or a B.A. 10+2 arts would be more relevant in my opinion and the Bachelors from thereon.
