Eligibility:
For M.Sc Visual Communication: Those who have obtained a Bachelor's degree in any discipline of this university or any other university recognized equivalent shall be admitted for PG programme.
For M.Phil in Communication: Those who have obtained Master's degree in Communication/ MJMC/ Visual Communication/ Electronic Media under full-time of this university or any other university recognized equivalent shall be eligible. Besides that, the candidate must fulfil the norms of Bharathiar University for that academic year.

B.Sc in Visual Communication is a 3-year full-time undergraduate course. The minimum eligibility for admission is the successful completion of the Senior Secondary Certificate (10+2) qualification from a recognized educational board, with a minimum aggregate score of 50%.
Admission Guidelines:
1. Candidates from Boards other than Tamil Nadu State Board, CBSE, AISSCE and ISCE must produce
2. Eligibility Certificate from the University of Madras.
3. Candidates must be below 21 years of age. The age limit may be relaxed by up to 3 years for SC, SCA, ST, BC, BCM, MBC and Women candidates.
