It would be more suitable to go for a master's course in mass communication or certification in the respective field from some reputed institutes and a training for 2-3 years under some expert in the field

After B.Sc in visual communication there are many PG courses in India and Abroad. In India, you can pursue post graduation Diploma in visual merchandising after B.Sc in visual communication and in abroad you can pursue Master of arts in visual communication, Master of philosophy in visual communication and Ph.D in visual communication.

Every visual media is a visual communication, while every visual communication, needs not be a visual media. More, visual media is always "createdandquot;, while visual communication needs not be so. For instance, that (in) famous Vietnam war photograph of that Vietnam girl running towards the photographer. When it happened, it wouldn't have been designed. The photographer saw the visual happening and captured the communication in it.
Both are related fields, you can pursue any based on your interest

Sure you can pursue MBA after BSc Viscom. The MBA colleges just require some passing percentage which you need to clear. Good Luck
