Enrol in a good college which offers Bachelors in Design. You may join NIFT, NID, Pearl etc. These design colleges offer vast courses in Design including Visual Merchandising, Visual Communication, Fashion Journalism etc. Your career will kickstart with B. Des only.

Yes, if you have cleared your 10+2 from a recognized board of education, you are eligible for the course. But, it is a full-time course of 1 year so, it is up to you if you'd be able to manage time between your job and this course.
