As you have already completed your graduation in botany honours, you are eligible to take admission in M.Sc agriculture courses. You should apply for Visva Bharati University.

There's no such strict requirement to get into that particular course. but some college do consider your achievement in sports.

It is 50% minimum in each of the PCB/PCM.

According to Visva Bharati University Admission Criteria, the admission to UG courses is based on the merit of the student considering their 10+2 examination results. The students can check Viswa Bharati University merit list 2019 in order to confirm their admission. The merit list is made available through the universitys official website.
