Scholarships provided by the Institution are:At the time of admission, CET applicants accepted among the top 1000 would receive a 25,000 rupee stipend.At the time of admission, ComedK students admitted among the top 3000 would receive a scholarship worth Rs. 10,000.All students with CGPAs above 9.5 in the first semester will receive a merit prize worth Rs. 10,000.All students who receive more than 90% in any semester will receive a scholarship worth Rs. 10,000.Students from the economically disadvantaged part of rural Karnataka who are accepted through CET will receive a scholarship ranging from Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 25,000.The student who has at least a 60% average in their studies and has participated in athletics for VTU is given Rs. 10,000.the pupil who obtained a grade-point average of at least 60%.

There aren't any entrance examinations given to applicants for the admissions procedure. Additionally, it offers the "70% program, " which is a collective term for all practical activities intended to develop leadership and well-rounded personalities in the UG, PG, and PhD cohort. Admission to VTU is now open and offers a lot of flexibility for candidates who are interested in applying. Candidates can apply for the course if they hold a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with an overall grade point average of 50% (45% for SC/ST candidates). VTU admission will depend on each applicant's performance on the CAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT, and ATMA exams. UG Selection Criteria for VTUStudents must achieve a passing score in either the JEE Main or the KCET in order to be chosen for a B.Tech program. Candidates must achieve or surpass the university's required cutoff percentile. Students who want to be accepted into the B.Arch or B.Plan programs must get a qualifying NATA score.
