The eligibility criteria for B.Tech at Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) Vellore are as follows:Class 12: Candidates must have completed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Biology (PCM) or Physics, Chemistry, Biology (PCB) as the main subjects.Aggregate Marks: Candidates must have a minimum aggregate of 60% marks (50% marks for SC/ST and others) in PCM or PCB subjects.VITEEE: Admission to the B.Tech program at VIT Vellore is based on the VITEEE score, followed by a counseling round. Master in Business Administration (MBA) with a minimum of 60% aggregate or 6.5 CGPA on a 10-point scale from a recognised university is the basic eligibility for PhD in Management offered at VIT Business School. Candidates with CA/ ICWA or equivalent qualification can also apply.

No, a minimum of Class 12 with at least 60% in PCM is required to apply for VIT Vellore BDes programme. However, there is relaxation in percentage for SC/ ST and students from North-Eastern states.
