By the previous year VITMEE cutoff rank, you have decent chances to get MCA in VIT Vellore campus through VITMEE. The last year Cutoff rank was around 240-250 in VIT Vellore for MCA course.

I think VIT Vellore is better than SRM Chennai, from SRM University it is now SRM institute of Science and technology because of no Research infrastructure. But yes SRM provides good sort of Placements. There are three campuses of SRM in Chennai area Kattankulathur, Vadapalani, Ramapuram.

Yes, Candidates willing to appear in various courses offered by Vellore Institute of Technology must know about the scholarship offered by the institute. VIT motivates talented youngsters by offering scholarships/awards every year. The institute has scholarships for rural students and merit-based scholarships for top scorers.

Yes, boards percentage are required for appearing in VITEE. Those students who wants to get admission in VIT should have secured minimum aggregate of 60% in Physics Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology in the qualifying examination (+2/Intermediate) for applying in any undergraduate programme mainly B.Tech whereas for SC/STs and the students from Jammu and Kashmir/ Ladakh and the Northeastern states of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim and Tripura should have minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology in the qualifying examination (+2/Intermediate). .

All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) has devised a revised fee structure for the engineering and technical colleges. The fee structure along with the minimum fee limit has been sent to the Ministry of Education. The VIT Engineering Entrance Exam 2023 will be conducted from April 17 to 23, 2023. Candidates who wish to get B.Tech admission at VIT Vellore or any other campus can apply for VITEEE registration 2023. The VITEEE 2023 application form last date is March 31, 2023.

Obviously BA because in BA. You can read the common subjects for UPSC but in B.Tech you have to read technical and also the arts subjects.
