Bennett University and VIT are both good universities in India, but they have different weaknesses and strengths. Bennett University is a new university present in India but it has a strong focus on innovation and entrepreneurship skills. It also has a relatively smaller student body, which can result in more personal learning experiences for students. VIT is a larger university with a more established reputation. Ultimately, the best university choice depends on what the students are looking for in a particular college or university.

The minimum rank required for Integrated M.Tech in any branch at VIT Vellore campus is not fixed and varies every year based on the number of applicants and their scores. However, according to a few sources, a rank of around 3471 or 6722 may be required to get an Integrated M.Tech seat in VIT Vellore campus under category 1 in software engineering. The combined marks in all of the topics taken in a +2 (or its equivalent) should be 55 percent in PCM.
I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other questions.
