As of my knowledge cutoff date of September 2021, there has been no official announcement regarding the mode of conduct of VITEEE 2023. No, it is not possible to get admission to B.Tech programs at VIT University without appearing for the VIT Engineering Entrance Examination (VITEEE). VITEEE is the mandatory entrance exam conducted by VIT University for admission to its B.Tech programs. The university considers the VITEEE scores for shortlisting candidates for admission.
