The VITEEE 2025 application form is expected to be released in the first week of November 2024. Please note: the information is based on the trend as seen during VITEEE 2024 as then the application process opened in the first week of November 2023.

See the list of prerequisites that all students need to meet in order to apply for VITEEE 2024 registration: copies of your transcripts in scanned format: Scanned copies of your Class 10 and Class 12 grade sheets are required for the students. A scanned copy of your certificate of classification, if relevant: Students who fall under one of the reserved quotas (SC, ST, or OBC) must submit a scanned copy of their caste certificate that has been issued by a recognised office. Candidates will be able to access their individual VITEEE application number after completing the registration process. The generated application number has to be kept safe since it will be required for log in purposes. In case the candidates forget their application number, they will be able to access the facility to re-generate it at the official website. The candidates can also contact the authorities if they face any issues on accessing their VITEEE application form.

No. The candidates are not required to send out the print out of the VITEEE application form to the authorities. Candidates are advised to download and print out the filled VIT application form for future reference. However, no submissions have to be done to the authorities. VITEEE application form has to be submitted only online. In case of any mistakes in the submitted application form, the candidates are advised to contact the authorities immediately.

While filling out the VITEEE application form, the candidates are advised to use a compatible browser so that they do not face any issues in the process. Most of the web browsers are compatible to fill out the VIT application form, however, the candidates are advised to use Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome for a smoother form filling process. Candidates should ensure that their system is updated so that they can fill out the form in one way and submit it.

Candidates will be able to select their preferred VITEEE exam centres during the application form-filling process. The top 3 VIT exam cities have to be selected and submitted in the order of preference. Candidates are advised to be careful while selecting the order of preference in exam cities, since it will be considered for the allotment of exam centres. For the allotment of VITEEE 2025 exam centres. the authorities will consider the preferences and availability. Once the centres are allotted, the authorities will not accept any requests for changes.

No. Offline payment will not be accepted for the VITEEE 2025 application fee. To make the payment, the candidates will have to use the online method i.e., through net banking/credit card/debit card. No other mode of payment will be accepted by the authorities. If the candidates fail to make the payment before the final date, then their application will not be accepted and they will not be allowed to participate in the entrance exam.

No. The authorities are not expected to provide the candidates a chance to correct the information that they submit in the VITEEE application form. Therefore, the candidates are advised to be careful while filling out the application form of VITEEE. If the candidates make any mistakes, then they are advised to immediately contact the authorities. However, it is to be noted that not all details are eligible for corrections. If the authorities commence the correction facility, then the details will be available online at vit.ac.in.

While filling out the VITEEE 2025 application form, the candidates will be required to pay the fee. All Indian nationals will have to pay INR 1,350 (inclusive of GST) as the VIT 2025 application fee. The payment of the application fee has to be done online i.e., through net banking/credit card/debit card. The authorities will not accept any other mode of payment. For NRI applicants, the VITEEE 2025 application fee is 90 USD, to be paid through credit card.
