No, VIT conducts entrance exam for only B.Tech and M.Tech programmes. For all other UG courses the admission is based on class 12th. Go to VIT official website and apply soon with your class 12th marks.

and if your are Science student then

B.Sc chemistry Mathematics, zoology, botany, Biotechnology etc.

VITMEE is for getting admission into M.Tech programs. So, you need not apply for VITMEE, just fill the online application form which will be available in VIT official portal in the month of May.

I didn't get your question correctly. But if you are just asking for reservations in general yes they provide reservation to SC-ST and OBC. And there are so many other reservations as well which you can check on their site.
