Vellore Institute of Technology mentions the VITREE exam selection criteria in the official notification. The selection of candidates for Ph.D. courses will be made on the basis of performance in VITREE 2025 exam. Along with the performance, B.E./B.Tech degree marks, research proposal and personal interview marks will also be considered for the admissions. Candidates selected based on the overall performance have to pay the seat confirmation fee.
