The Govt of Tamil Nadu releases the updated eligibility criteria for the admission. Admission shall be offered only to candidates who possess the prescribed qualification. Candidates for admission to the first semester of the Post-Graduate Degree Program shall have passed an appropriate Under-Graduate Degree Examination of Anna University or equivalent as specified under qualification for admission as per the Tamil Nadu single window counseling process.The University will from time to time prescribe the eligibility requirements for admission, including the grade received, the number of attempts on the qualifying examination, and physical fitness.  All Part-Time candidates must meet additional requirements, such as those related to experience, sponsorship, and other factors, as they may occasionally be set by the University.But apart from that your CAT score will also be considered apart from all other formalities or other exam scorecard.hope this helps.
