At this rank you can get admission in many NIT, IIIT, you just have to wait till round 6,7 or even spot round if you want to get a good branch. In top NIT, IIIT you can't get CS with this rank but you can still try your luck in spot round. In NIT which don't come under top 5 you can get admission in ECE, EEE, civil and many more and if you have a Home State quota then you can surely get admission in 1 of the top 5 NIT. Just refer to the previous year cutoff from the respective NITs website you will get a much better idea about cutoffs.

Not at all if you belong to general category. If you belong to SC, ST then there is very low chance of getting admission in GFTI, IIIT which are not so good. You can refer to previous year cutoffs and can get a rough idea on how much rank these GFTI, IIIT closes admission.

The candidates have to log in to the JoSAA Counselling 2022 portal by filling their roll number and password. Then the candidates need to fill the choices in the prescribed section and lock their preferences as per the prescribed dates. This is one of the most important steps in JoSAA Counselling 2022.
