During the WBJEE JELET application process, the candidates will have to pay the application fee. The general category candidates will have to pay INR 500 and the SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B category candidates will have to pay INR 400 plus applicable bank charges. The fee payment can be done online i.e., through net banking/credit card/debit card. No other mode of payment will be accepted. All candidates will have to make the payment before the final date. Failure to make the payment will lead to the candidate's ineligibility to participate in the examination and admission process.

No. The authorities will not release the WBJEE JELET application form offline. The candidates will have to fill out and submit the application form of WBJEE JELET online at wbjeeb.nic.in. No other mode of application will be accepted by the authorities. While filling out the WBJEE JELET application form, the candidates will have to provide their personal, academic and contact details. All of the provided details have to be valid and as per the candidate's certificates. The application form has to be submitted by the final date, which will be announced soon.

There is no fee to make changes through the WBJEE JELET application form correction facility. However, the candidates may have to pay the fee difference if they make changes to their submitted category. This will be applicable since the WBJEE JELET application fee varies for different categories. Since the application fee is higher for the General category, the required fee has to be paid online i.e., through net banking/credit card/debit card. However, if the candidates are changing their category from general to reserved, then the fee difference will not be refunded by the authorities.

During the WBJEE JELET application correction process, the candidates will be able to edit/correct their details that have been submitted before. However, the candidates will not be able to correct all details present in the WBJEE JELET application form. Primary details of the candidates such as their name, father’s name, mother’s name, gender and date of birth cannot be edited/corrected using the JELET application correction facility, therefore, the candidates are advised to be careful while providing their details.

WBJEE JELET 2025 application form correction facility dates have not been announced yet. Registered candidates will be able to access the correction facility to edit/correct the details submitted in the JELET application form. However, all details will not be open for corrections. The authorities will not accept correction requests after the final date. Since it is a one-time facility, the candidates are advised to carefully check their details and submit it.

To successfully complete the WBJEE JELET application form process, the candidates will have to pay the fee. The WBJEE JELET application fee is INR 500 (General Male Candidates), INR 400 (Female General candidates, SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B Male Candidates) and INR 300 (SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B Female Candidates and Third Gender Candidates) plus the bank service charges (as applicable). While filling out the WBJEE JELET application form, the candidates will have to upload their scanned documents i.e., photograph and signature. The scanned photograph has to be taken in a light background and should be of high quality. The face of the candidate should occupy 50% of the photograph and the size should be between 3KB to 100KB. The dimension of the photograph should be 4cm x 3cm. The candidate's signature should be scanned in the size between 3KB to 30KB and the dimension should be 4cm x 1.5cm. Both the documents should be in JPG/JPEG format.

While attempting the JELET paper, the candidates will also have to answer questions based on Fundamentals of Electrical & Electronics Engineering section. The units of Fundamentals of Electrical & Electronics Engineering section that the candidates will have to study are - DC sources and circuits, Analog Circuits, Transformers, Basic semiconductor devices, Electrical components, measuring instruments, Digital Electronics, Electrical machines and AC sources and circuits. All of the units should be carefully studied to be well prepared for the examination.

Candidates will have to prepare various units on WBJEE JELET Mathematics section for the examination. Some of the important units to be studied for the exam are - Matrices up to order 3, Application of Derivative, Determinant up to order 3, Partial Differentiation, Complex Number, Co-ordinate Geometry (2D), Vector Algebra, Ordinary Differential Equation, Differential Calculus, Integral Calculus and Probability. To be well prepared for the exam, the candidates are advised to carefully check and study the WBJEE JELET syllabus.
