You can wait for your rank to come out. You can try to estimate your rank from previous years data given on many websites. Don't have high hopes. 30 is not a good score so it will be difficult to get admission in the good colleges. If you don't want to pursue engineering then go for any honours course, but if you are confident that you want to pursue engineering then you can sit and study for a year and then retake the WBJEE. Don't get disillusioned and find a good mentor who can guide you, not a tuition teacher but a mentor.

You have slim chance to get a good gov college. But, you have very fair opportunities to get a private college. Go for Heritage Institute if Technology. You can easily get that college and its fee is affordable
