I feel you can go ahead with admission. Newly opened colleges have perhaps more vigour and Dynamics than older colleges. In any guess, one should not think of what will happen after four years since simply nobody can predict it.

Any predictor is basically a software programme that takes into account the facts of the previous year and tries to fit in the present. It's basically a guesswork of the programmer and can not be exact. It must be treated as a tool to get rough idea.
