TFW rank means rank under Tuition fees waiver scheme. It shows your rank among those students whose family income is less than 2 lacs (around ). At the time of counselling and only your GMR matters. If your general merit rank is good and you are a TFW student, you can get admission under TFW quota, and you have to pay less fee.
That's all.

WBJEE has a tuition fee waiver scheme where candidates with very low family income can get a seat in the eligible colleges as per their TFW rank, receiving a waiver in college fee only.

Hi,
Based up on your rank, it is difficult that you will get EE at Techno India University through general counselling. But Techno, India has lots of seat through MQ. Try to visit the campus as soon as possible. Choose the best college among them according to your own choice.
