No, if you belong to a general category. Otherwise, you can go for management quota, and so if you have enough money (INR 10 lacs) they you can go for it. But, I will personally not suggest you to invest that amount money. Rather, I will suggest you to take a drop and give whole 1 year preparation. That will be the best option, as with this rank you will get a very bad college and I will not suggest you to do that. So, give yourself one more try okay. Come back stronger. Best of luck. Hope it will help. Thank you.

See, the problem is that an OBC certificate of students of other state is not valid in Bengal. You will have to be an OBC of Bengal to have the benefits. And, sorry to say but with this rank you will not get Heritage. But you there are many other colleges. You can try for them too. Thank You.

Your board result is not going to help you anyway.
But you also have a nice performance in WBJEE.
With this rank, you will get IEM ECE.
Also, I will suggest you to go for only ECE, IT or CSE branch as core branches are in bad conditions.
You can also go for Heritage.
See, the choice is yours as both the colleges are more or less same in terms of faculties and placements.
But in IEM, you will not be able to enjoy your college life. They even have a dress code. They don't have any such big campus, they just have a building.
But at Heritage, you will be able to enjoy your college life. They have a big campus.
But if the college life does not matt

With this rank, you may get IEM ECE if you go up to the 3rd counselling. Else, you will get Heritage. Both of them are one of the best colleges in Bengal. Also, I will suggest you go for the private colleges only as the government colleges (except Jadavpur University) are in very bad condition (infrastructure, placement, locations, etc.). Also, if you are taking admission in private colleges go for only ECE, CS or IT branch. As the condition of core branches are really bad. Coming to the counselling after the first round if you will be provided with any college then you will have to be physically present there in any of the allotted ce
