It depends upon the cut off of the college. For Jadavpur University, you need to be in top 100 (if you belong to general category) in Kolkata University, MAKAUT, you need a decent rank. You can check the previous year's OR and CR in various rounds in the WBJEE website. Also, there are various sites that show you the rank Vs marks of WBJEE, so you can get an idea of how much you need to score.

Hi Prashant,
In WBJEE, there is no limit to the number of attempts and there is no upper limit too.
Candidates must be at least 17 years and must not be above 25 years.

NCERT is enough, but if you need other books then you may go for D.C.Panday for physics, O.P.Tandon for Chemistry, R.C.Mukarjee for numerical problems and Hall and Knight, S.N.Lonney for Maths only when you can't understand from NCERT.
Keep one MCQ book of MTG or TMH and never forget to go through previous year's question paper.

No, the exams of these dates never coincide. First of all, JEE Advanced takes place after JEE main. JEE Mains dates are at the beginning of April. Wbjee at the end of April and JEE Advanced in May.
