Yes, you can opt for it but I don't think you would be getting a top branch in that college but surely you can get biomedical branch or of same type which is less opted by students but if this is required then you can go for it.

You can get private colleges but if you think to have more colleges and universities, you can check for JOSSA site and check out the last year opening and closing of CSE ranks and get the approximate overview which is best suited college.

Obviously, look out for NIT as there is no stand for state level colleges in front of the national level college.

Yes, you will definitely get good marks and rank if your concepts are clear and solve previous year question papers before WBJEE test.
There is no special prep. for WBJEE, if you are a JEE aspirant.
All you need is, some good practice of previous year question papers along with thorough read of your notes which you might have prepared for other entrance exams.
PS- Rank plays a vital role here and qualifying is not a big deal.
Speed with accuracy is the key.

The best colleges among Heritage and Jalpaiguri is
Jalpaiguri Government Engineering College. It is a govt. college with less fee structure as compared to Heritage and the placement record of Jalpaiguri is much better than Heritage.

Hello Harsh Kumar,
If you have secured more marks in the board exams and you are confident to score well in WBJEE, then go for WBJEE counseling. If you have a good All India Rank, go for JEE counselling.
All the best for your admission.

Considering both your OBC rank and NATA score, the chances to get into Jadavpur University are slim.
As your rank is just near the cut-off for OBC in Jadavpur University and 86 marks in NATA are very low because 90+ are consider for admission in B.Arch.
So, you can try in any other private university/college. If you find my answer reliable, you can appreciate it by hitting the thumbs up and follow button.
