Yes, you can write WBJEE even if you don't have domicile of West Bengal. There are students studying in engineering colleges of Bengal belonging to different states.

Hello Siddharth,
Computer engineering is a very hot subject. Suffice to say that everybody wants to join this branch except for some die hard enthusiasts for core branches of Mechanical, civil and electrical. Hence, you need to score enough marks to be in to top 25% of merit list to have reasonable chance of getting admission in your desired branch.

As a general candidate you are advised to crack GATE to get HMRD stipend for pursuing M.Tech as most of the non-GATE scholarships or stipends are for reserved category students.

The eligibility for appearing in WBJEE is that, you should be 17 years of age as on 31 Dec 2017. If you are seeking admission in mining, then there is additional requirement that you should not be more than 25 years.
