In case the candidates do not have anyone to accompany them to the WBJEE exam centre, they can request the WBJEE exam centre authorities to deposit their personal belongings for the test duration. However, in case of any loss of belongings, the authorities will not take any responsibility. Therefore, the candidates are advised not to bring any expensive item to the examination centre. In case of any expensive items, the candidates are advised to leave it with their parents/guardians.

Candidates will be able to select their choice of WBJEE exam centres online while filling out the application form. During the form filling process, the candidates will have to select and submit three preferred WBJEE exam zones. The selection of the zones have to be done in the order of preference. The authorities will allot WBJEE exam centres as per the candidate's preference and the corresponding availability. In case the candidate's first preference is not available, then the second choice will be considered.

No, the authorities have not yet announced the WBJEE 2025 exam centres. The list of centre where the examination will be held is expected to be released soon online at wbjeeb.nic.in. The authorities are expected to conduct WBJEE 2025 in 50 zones (48 in West Bengal, 1 in Assam and Tripura each). In the previous year, WBJEE was conducted in 328 exam centres. Allotment of exam centres will be done based on the candidate's preferences submitted in the WBJEE application form.

No. The authorities do not allow calculators inside the WBJEE exam centre. As per the WBJEE exam guidelines, any type of electronic device will be strictly prohibited at the examination centre. Candidates are advised to be careful since they will be disqualified if they are caught with any prohibited item. No eatables and drinks will be allowed inside the examination centre. Before reporting at the examination centre, the candidates are advised to check the official examination guidelines.

No. There are high chances that the candidates will not be allowed to take the WBJEE admit card printouts from the centre office. Therefore, the candidates are advised to not take any chances and to carry their own print outs to the WBJEE exam centres. No soft copies will be accepted at the centres and the candidates will be required to produce the physical copy of the WBJEE admit card. Along with the admit card, the candidates will have to present their identity document.

At the exam centre, the candidates will be required to produce their WBJEE admit card along with identity proof. Candidates can bring any of the following documents as their identity proofs to the centre - Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, Passport, School ID or any Government photo identity proof. If the candidates are not able to produce their identity proof along with the WBJEE admit card at the centre, then they will not be allowed to attempt the examination.

In case the candidates find any mistakes in their WBJEE admit card, they are advised to immediately contact the authorities. The mistakes should be immediately conveyed to the authorities and corrected. The authorities can be contacted through the helpline number 1800-1023-781, 1800-3450-050 (Toll-Free Number). The mistakes should be corrected before the WBJEE exam date, otherwise the candidates may face problems during the examination.

Some of the important information available on the WBJEE hall ticket are the examination date, time, centre address, exam day guidelines, candidate's name, subjects opted and more. Before downloading the WBJEE admit card, the candidates are advised to check the details carefully. In case of any mistakes, the candidates are advised to contact the authorities immediately.

While filling out the WBJEE application form, the candidates will be required to scan and upload their passport-size photograph and signature. The colour passport-size photograph needs to have a white background and should be in the dimension of 3.5cm x 4.5cm within 10 KB to 200 KB. For the signature, the image dimension is 3.5cm x 1.5cm and the size should be 4 KB to 30 KB . For both documents, the format is jpg/jpeg. If the official specifications are not met, then the documents will not be uploaded in the WBJEE application form.
