It's difficult to get admission in UEM for CSE branch as the University take students on the basis of their JEE Mains rank only and your rank is quite low for it.Though you can apply for other Universities like NIT Goa, NIT Agartala.

Yes, you may get admission to some good government colleges through WBJEE counseling. If you belong to the general category then it may feel tough to get a good government college but you are eligible to get admission at a government college in West Bengal.

Yes, of course you should prepare for WBJEE, as the eligibility criteria for WBJEE is :-10+2 passed from recognised board /counsel.60% aggregated marks in PCM.30% marks in all category.As your aggregated percent is 61% you can prepare for WBJEE exam.Thank You
