Hello Deepak Pandey, your ranking in this exam is reasonably good. But getting CSE looks tough. This is so since almost every student gives this branch as the first choice and as a result of this the cut-offs are really stiff. There is no maximum age limit to apply for WBJEE but if you're pursuing marine engineering then the candidates have to be maximum 25 years old.

You can get the government College of engineering and textile technology, Serampore, and Government College of engineering and leather technology. Coochbehar also and JGEC to some extent. But only in core branch.

Even in developed countries, thete are still enough areas where these two have not penetrated fully. Hence I feel that thete is tremendous scope for expansion in future in these two areas.
