The West Bengal Public Service Commission is expected to release the WBCS 2024 notification online in May 2024. The Commission is expected to conduct the WBCS 2024 prelims exam in July 2024. The Commission will notify all the WBCS dates in the official exam calendar.The WBPSC is yet to release the WBPSC 2024 exam calendar on its official website. Meanwhile the Commission has migrated its official website to psc.wb.gov.in for security purposes.

The WBCS notification 2023 was released online on February 26. The Commission released the West Bengal Public Service WBCS notification mentioning the application dates and eligibility criteria. WBCS 2023 application started on February 28. The Commission released the WBCS 2023 application dates on February 22. The last date to apply for the WBCS 2023 exam was March 21. As per the dates mentioned in the official notification, the Commission was expected to activate the WBCS 2023 application correction facility on March 31 but it was not activated and Commission delayed the application process.
